Designed in harmony with the unique natural landscape of Bodrum by Yeşim Kozanlı Architecture, Swissotel Living Bodrum blends luxury and comfort with a sustainable approach, offering guests a nature-integrated living experience that feels just like home.
With over 25 years of experience designing hospitality spaces for internationally accredited hotel chains worldwide, Yeşim Kozanlı Architecture conceived Swissotel Living Bodrum as a project inspired by the natural beauty of Bodrum and the warm ambiance of the Mediterranean climate. Guided by the motto “Feel like home,” the project aspires not only to provide accommodation but to deliver an authentic way of living.
In the guestrooms, Yeşim Kozanlı Architecture sought to maximize the use of natural light while creating a contemporary atmosphere enriched with earthy tones and natural materials. Spacious beds, ergonomic furnishings, functional storage solutions, and compact kitchenettes together offer a practical yet pleasurable environment for long-term stays.
Each room features its own terrace or balcony, fostering a serene connection with the natural surroundings. In the villas, the design merges the essentials of modern living with the traditional spirit of Mediterranean architecture—offering expansive living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, private gardens, and in some units, exclusive pools for a truly privileged lifestyle.
Beyond individual comfort, Swissotel Living Bodrum also celebrates communal living. Expansive pool areas framed with natural stone, sun loungers, and shaded retreats invite leisurely moments, while the beachfront restaurant serving refined Mediterranean cuisine, elegant bar, and spa & wellness facilities enrich the experience of long-stay guests. With walking paths, open-air event zones, and thoughtfully designed workspaces, the hotel responds to every need while contributing to Bodrum’s vibrant social and cultural fabric.
Sustainable energy systems, natural ventilation strategies, and water-saving technologies reinforce an environmentally conscious design approach. The landscape, adorned with native olive trees, lavender, and bougainvillea, is complemented by natural stone pathways and water features—creating a tranquil atmosphere in perfect harmony with Bodrum’s authentic character.
Brought to life through the visionary approach of Yeşim Kozanlı Architecture, Swissotel Living Bodrum stands not merely as a hospitality destination but as a project redefining the lifestyle culture of Bodrum. By seamlessly blending luxury, comfort, and natural simplicity, it emerges as a prestigious address for long-term living on the Aegean coast.
