Gloriapark Güzelbahçe, designed by Temelsan, is located on a hill overlooking the sea in Güzelbahçe, Kahramandere region on an area of 9.000 sqm. The project, which includes 5 different architectural building designs, has a total of 16 villas.
The buildings, which are placed by preserving the natural elevation difference, are designed to be open on 4 sides and not to interfere with each other. Considering the elevation differences within the land and the recently increasing building density of the Kahramandere region, which is the construction area, natural stone, pastel colors and the project-specific landscape design that will be integrated with the exterior facade have been the starting points of the project.
The natural stones of the Urla region in vanilla/beige tones, which cover the entire ground floor on the exterior, are integrated with the organic plaster of German origin, which has recently started to be used in Turkey, on the first floor of the building. The fact that the organic plaster also returns to the roof areas of the buildings and creates a roof slope is one of the rare examples in terms of building and roof junction application. In addition, wide and high glass windows are used in the architecture in order to integrate the exterior space with the landscape as much as possible. These natural masses, which are drawn through each other in the main lines of the architecture, have partially severed the living room/kitchen on the ground floor and the master bedroom/other bedroom relations on the upper floor, integrating the architectural fiction with the principles of interior use.
In the interior design, based on the keywords in the architecture of the project, solid wood, glass, marble and travertine products are preferred, with a simpler use, as much as possible without partitions and spacious, spacious areas. Each production in the interior was specially produced in details and molds specific to the project. In terms of general use, the project also creates comfort areas for its users with common areas such as a single-point site entrance and security area, closed secondary roads within the site, indoor and outdoor parking areas, common and private pool areas and a gym.
